Hello! These are the new [3/13/2025] rules for the RiverClan nursery. I understand that people might have differing thoughts on this new set of rules, so I encourage you to share your opinions with me. I find it very important to incorporate your thoughts and feelings into the way I run things, so I don't want anyone feeling like they can't voice how they feel. RULES: 1. The Nursery is always open. Due to this, consider adjusting the way you will be selecting roleplayers for your litter. If you see a lot of people asking for litters at once, consider waiting a little before asking so kit ages are spread out. Additionally, please consider simpler names so the ones creating suffixes have an easier time finding the perfect suffix for the kits in the future that are both charming and meaningful. 2. Reasoning is not needed for a litter slot. NPC Surrogates are always offered to all characters and preferred. Playable Surrogates are permitted as well, however. 3. All characters are allowed an unlimited amount of litters but a limit of twenty kits, including biological or adoptive. If you already have a litter, please wait for said litter to be 13 moons before asking for another. This includes litters with all partners, and both biological and adoptive kits. The amount of kits per litter can be selected by the litter parents with a max of four. This includes biological and adopted children. A fifth stillborn is permitted, an optional choice for the litter. Litters involving cats from different Clans must be approved by the leadership of both Clans. Litters may be split but total must still be maximum four. These kits must have a clear plan for where they will be raised and their Clan affiliation. 4. All litter slot holders have four weeks to find roleplayers starting from the date the litter is posted. Please notify the Nursery Manager upon posting of the litter. It is recommended to have the birth roleplay at least a week from the roleplayer results due to the character cooldown. Birth roleplays may not be explicit or detailed for the safety of TFCRP roleplayers in addition to Scratch regulations. Passing away due to complications is permitted, however. Preclaims for kits are permitted. 5. All guardians must by at least 16 moons. All biological parents must be between 16 to 90 moons, including surrogates. All adoptive parents must be between 16 to 100 moons, including non-biological parents via surrogacy. All caretakers but also be above 16 moons. No exceptions will be given. 6. All disputes regarding litter slots, surrogate arrangements, adoption, or other nursery rules will be handled by the Nursery Manager. Their decision will be final unless vetoed by the Clan Admin or a CEO. If you would like for your character to become a Permanent Queen, please ask your Clan Admin.
