Arrow Keys/Click I was originally gonna do a whole animation on this, but I didn't wanna drain myself with it, so I just made it a lot simpler. Anyways, Elliott! Probably one of my older characters that i've had for a pretty long time, about 3 years? I think I had him even before I came on Scratch, but the fact is, I've had him for a good while(even longer than Benjiro as a fact! Only by a couple of days). Which I'm pretty sure you guys remember him as a Rockruff, which he started as in his first appearance in the first project I ever shared! And pretty much while I was still on Scratch, even with a new model he remained as one, at least until when the incident took place(aka me getting blocked off of Scratch) it wasn't until like June of 2023 at the latest when I decided to turn him into a Corgi(sortaish?) which later when I was just on Gamejolt I originally made the first new model of Elliott, which was supposed to be for Bryant's Revenge(orignally named An Insanely Hard Boss Fight Runner 2). Which a long time after I got unblocked and returned(2024) I decided to make just an update to the newer Elliott Model, still looking similar with some slight upgrades. Which actually right before the end of 2024 I decided to give Elliott, another and probably last update. Which is what you're looking at now! I completely moved out of the pale pattern that he originally stuck with, and gave him an entirely newer look! Making him look more like an actual corgi along with some changed details(like his paws and his brighter eye color). I honestly think this might be his last redesign cuz I'm completely satisfied with how he looks now and I don't think I'll make any other changes to him. Game Update: Yeah, besides now having to make a new model for Elliott with his new look... there's something else bigger than that. I had to restart the engine, there wasn't really any other way. The layering just wasn't working and I really couldn't figure out a way to get it working, along with some other faults of my sloppy code writing of the time when I started, so I had to do a take two, which was something that I had expecting for a while too. Which is going surprisingly well? With everything shown and what I'm currently working on, the depth sorting is actually working surprisingly as intended. That'll probably be the last time I'll have to worry about that for a while. Besides that, now I'll be able to work on the engine a lot better now since I can be able to have a better workflow and not sticking to one issue for an entire year, cuz that really messed me up with the development and mentally on a certain note. I'll try to find a better way on working with stuff and hopefully this year I'll be able to get somewhere close or ahead of the development on where I was in the previous build. Anyways, I'll cut if off here, I hope the start for 2025's is going alright, and I'll try to keep some of you guys updated with stuff on here. Okay Bye
