NO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE QUALITY?!?!?! LET ME JUST SAY the coloring and quality and EVERYTHING was better on my tablet. * clears throat * This is my entry for Rei! This was kinda rushed honestly bc I procrastinated a ton but hopefully it's ok? Please ignore how pixelated it is Scratch decided to be horrible and DESTROY THE QUALITY. Otherwise, super cute character! I made quite a few coloring mistakes and I kind of messed up the sleeves but I think it's accurate otherwise? Please let me know if I missed anything else.
