Space, click, arrows. The usual. Full-screen recommended. I wrote a poem as a tribute to The Chosen One from the AvA series, basically. _____________________________________________ AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, I finally did it! The poem is all by I, me, and myself. Credits to some websites for finding words that rhymed. All the code and the art and stuff is by, guess what, *also* I, me, and myself! Thumbnail made on Vector in Scratch, the center vertical art piece was made using an app called Sketchbook. Many thanks to Alan Becker and his huge team for the storyline, the character that this is based on, and for making such an awesome YouTube animated series from stick figures that I binged it completely as soon as I discovered it (I think it was 2-3 years ago?), recently started churning out fanart for (both traditional and digital), and wait very impatiently for the next thing to come out twice a month. :D And basically proving that you don't need complex character designs to create a compelling storyline, or likable characters with a life and personality of their own, or... well, cool art to look at. I had all this stuff in my head and just needed to get it out somehow... THE FANDOM CONSUMES ME- (Don't worry, I'm fine. Probably.) ... I don't know what else to say. Just, uh, enjoy some half-depressing collection of words from me, as I try to sound sophisticated and emotionally mature. Which, frankly, I am not. NO STEALING OR RE-USING ANY OF THIS *WHATSOEVER*. Time to casually wait and see if my one and only decent project (so far) gets noticed by the other hyper-obsessed AvA fans around in Scratch, I suppose. (Note to self: Guess it did.) (Extra note to self: Did I just become famous?) (Extra extra note to self: Wasn't expecting this to blow up as much as it has. Honestly thought it would just be one or two people...) But on that note, you are going to be very disappointed in whatever else I made. They were school projects. I was young. I was rash. I did not know coding or art well. (At least that's changed now... in the art department. Still don't know about programming skills.) Yes, I am aware that this is, like, really long. Yes, I usually do write narrative poems in quatrains like these. Yes, I also usually make them very lengthy and dark and brooding. Yes, *I have written poems longer than this one.* ... And yes, I have also written poems I believe are better than this one.
