This is the timeline for the Warriors Fanzine! This timeline contains everything that is planned to happen in the order of when it's planned to happen, and will all be marked with a date. This project was primarily made for two things: transparency and so participants know when something is happening. I feel that having a clear timeline of when things are meant to happen will be extremely helpful, just so everyone is on the same page. As always, if you have any questions, make sure to direct them to the FAQ project and only the FAQ project for organizational purposes. The link to said project can be found at the bottom of this description. [ TIMELINE ] Jan.15 - Warriors Fanzine is officially announced to be happening. Jan.21 - Applications open. This will happen on the @VenusWolfeMF account at 8 AM, PST/PDT. Feb.13 - Applications are closed. This will happen at 11:59 PM, PST / PDT. Feb.14 - The process of contacted all who have been accepted begins. If you are curious on how the accepting process works, check out this project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1115488992/ . Please note that if you are contacted, you will have up until February 18th to respond, or else your spot will be given to someone else. Feb.25 - A project announcing everyone who has been accepted (contributors, title scene artists, backups) is published. Mar.12 - First check-in with everyone involved in the fanzine. Most contributors (including TSAs) should at least have some sort of wip by then, even if it's just a sketch. Mar.21 - Second check-in. Everyone should have some sort of wip by then. Mar.30 - Third check-in. Apr.6 - Reminder that the due date is coming up. Apr.15 - Due date. If needed, extensions will be given. HOWEVER, make sure to try your best to finish by then. Apr.24 - 'Second' due date / first extension due date. Backups may begin to be contacted if needed. May.1 - 'Third' due date / second extension due date. If you are not done by this date, then backups are subject to be contacted. May.6 - Reminder that the final due date is coming up. May.13 - Absolute FINAL due date. There will be NO more extensions after this unless absolutely necessary or there's been an irl emergency with a contributor of some sort. May.21 - The complete Warriors Fanzine is released and shared on the account at 10 AM, PST/PDT.
