This is a platformer. If you've played any before, you know what that is and how to play it, but for those noobs who don't have a clue, [W] or [^] to jump (hold to go higher), [A] or [<] to go left, and [D] or [>] to go right. You have five lives to reach the end! Losing all of these will result in being sent back to the beginning. Some levels are very hard without the technique known as coyote time jumping (an example is level 9); coyote time is a tiny frame of time after falling off a ledge that you can still jump. This is only allowed in some games. Combined with tapping the jump button, many seemingly impossible jumps in the game are now possible. Many levels also make use of headhitter jumps, which are hard to do consistently without practice. To people who are not confident in headhitters, level 8 may be a little difficult. >:) this project started out as a fun change to the generic scratch platformer but slowly transformed into something else... ***don't get to level 11... there is a godmode, a fly mode, and low gravity, but u need to find it yourself no looking in the code, thats cheating >:(
The reason I decided to make this game is partly because I'm a big fan of alan becker, and when I look around scratch for stick figure games, none of them have the best looking proportions for the stick figure (in my opinion) or competent animations. So, I decided to create my own. ...I also got some inspiration from those horror games masked as innocent, simple games. btw if you live under a rock and dont know who alan becker is, he is a stick figure animator and youtuber and is totally the GOAT of stick figures! go search him up after you get as far as u can in this absurdly hard game with really fast gravity for some reason #platformer #games #all ???
