Characters in this chapter ———————————— Magpie - Dark blue/gray tom with fluffy fur and blue eyes. - Auburn - Brown tom with darker brown markings - (Queen) Salmon - Dark red she with dark teal stripes and light teal accessories - Haven - A rosy furred she-wolf with unusual features; like two tails and three eyes. - Osprey - Dark red tom with amber eyes and darker stripes around his body. - Crocodile - Dark green tom with “scaly” markings. - Magnolia - Pink/Rose she with a striped cape- also wearing a pink flower petal necklace. - Cougar - A tan and brown she with stripes, and bright green eyes. - Caligo - Pale gray and dark gray tomwolf with light blue eyes- with a marking that resembles a cloud (He/she pronouns, please!)(Buck uses mostly ‘he’ because he’s awful JNSDFS <3) - Stick - Dark brown/green tom-wolf with teal eyes and darker markings, one resembling a moon. (He/him pronouns in flashback, please!) - Buck - Brown tomwolf with striking golden eyes and darker cape markings, resembling the sun. - Vine- Green/cream she wolf with patches. Already moving on to chapter 56 after this because I am so far behind this schedule. Too many people ask too much from me in my family MAN just let me draw. Anyhow. Glad to get this chapter out of the way. It is definitely confusing, and I had a major scripting block working on it. This is the chapter that reveals “the main problem.” This is the chapter that I scripted like two years ago,,, and I still don’t like the flow. But this was the only chance to fit the plot in. If that makes any sense. But I’m done with it now and I’m not going to look back on it!! I did enjoy drawing it though. The village especially. Gives me a chance to practice my backgrounds and stuff!! Hopefully it shows. On the bright side, I did get to draw a lot of funny panels. I love stretching emotions as far as they can go, if you can’t tell. Oh and CRK was. Another problem thrown into the mix while making this. To put it simply: “Man I don’t get the deal with the.. the Shadow Milk guy why is he so popular? ..Might as well learn through Story Mode, I guess.” *Two days later* “NOOOO YOU’RE KIDDING ME. IM TWO SOULSTONES AWAY FROM SHADOW MILK? GIVE ME THE FUNNY JESTER” And then I grinded the game for over five hours on Saturday trying to get him. I caved and bought couple of soulstones to get him. Then the gacha just said:“wouldn’t it be funny to give you the soulstones after you bought him?? Word.” Anyhow I got up to master two in battles. That’s sick. (Spoilers for chapter ahead) ..Story was in fact, written wrong! This is a true retelling of the three brothers. Pinky promise. Soooooooo yeeeaaaahhh that might be a problem. A big one. With Finder and all that? Whoever is possessing Auburn really was vocal with the ‘prepare yourself.’ Yikes. The rose thing mentioned at the start of this chapter WILL be brought up eventually but not now. It’ll be around chapter 68-69ish iirc. It is somewhat unimportant, but it leads into a big event. If that makes sense haha AND HELLLOOOOO COUGAR!! This is her first appearance in the actual comic but she was in the second bonus chapter I released! It wasn’t her intention to bring up triggering topics for Auburn. She’s really sweet. Yeah so Caligo!! We get some Caligo content for once. He’s the oldest of the three brothers- and in the story he represented “balance.” (As told by most who recalled the story.) He had the ability to manipulate the emotions of others at will. Compared to the other two, it may not *seem* that strong- but it is. He used his powers to control others and the way they felt about Buck, effectively keeping them in “a bubble.” After the war, he ran off and founded the village- becoming the king, and swearing to never use his powers again. Caligo isn’t talked about as much as the other two brothers, but he’s important. Especially when he’s connected to Salmon. Oh and this is where we leave the village for now. You can imagine what Salmon said to Auburn after he woke up, but it won’t ever be known. SO NOW, DEAR AUDIENCE.. CAN YOU PUT TOGETHER THE PUZZLE PIECES?? You better because atp I give up /silly
