I would know. I've tasted all of these, even if for a moment. Joy can never be found there. For Joy is found in God. The sun and clouds at day, the stars and moon at night. God made that. The birds in the sky, the fish in the sea. God created that. Joy will never come from pleasing the world, as the world is full of sin.
