Use the number keys to input the image size you want to convert. Press x to delete the previous number you typed. Press space key to begin rounding the number to the nearest mipmap.
So I decided to make something that I think would be useful to some people. Enjoy. (Also please tell me if you notice any glitches, or anything i can change to improve this tool)
