The Blockbit Constitution Preamble: We, the users of Scratch, establish this Constitution to govern the use and trade of Blockbit, a virtual currency within our community. Article I: Principles of Fair Trade: Voluntary Exchange: All Blockbit transactions must be voluntary and consensual. Fair Market Value: Blockbit's value shall be determined by the free market, with prices fluctuating based on supply and demand. No Exploitation: No user shall exploit or manipulate the Blockbit market for personal gain. Price Gouging shall be met with swift retribution. Article II: Earning and Acquiring Blockbit: Creative Contributions: Users can earn Blockbit by creating and sharing high-quality Scratch projects, providing valuable feedback, and contributing to the community. Trading: Users can acquire Blockbit by trading with other users, either directly or through online marketplaces. Gifts and Donations: Users can receive Blockbit as gifts or donations. Article III: Governance and Regulation: Community Oversight: The Blockbit community shall be self-regulated, with users working together to maintain a fair market. Scratch Moderation: Scratch moderators shall intervene only in cases of clear exploitation or manipulation. Article IV: Amendments and Revisions: Proposal Process: Any user can propose amendments or revisions to the Blockbit Constitution. Community Vote: Proposed changes shall be put to a community vote, with a majority vote of two thirds required for approval.
