Upon his arrival in the labs, he was terrified of what could happen to him, and when he was thrown into a room where they began tests, injecting him with peculiar substances, he learned true pain and fear. He had been combined with the DNA of a few birds, causing him to painfully grow wings. His eyesight and hearing had gotten better, which caused him much discomfort until he adjusted.
