Game guide: Don't touch the gears, the lasers or the spinning bars. Grab as many coins as you can. The bigger the number on the coin, the bigger score you'll get. Small pills make you smaller, making it harder for obstacles to hit you. Meanwhile, big pills make it easier for obstacles to hit you. Coin candy gives coins. That's it. BEWARE THE FAKE ONE (The one with the capital C) Decreasers make the game much easier but cannot be abused as it only lasts for 10 seconds.
