So apparently I live in the Missouri-Kansas City area. And WHENEVER it snows it, (a. snows a teeny tiny bit. Or (b. it snows SO much we're snowed in. Don't mind the footprints they're my Dog's. It's actually STILL snowing RIGHT NOW.
