-hat contains water -will get anyone else wet, but on his own head it defies gravity -he also has a smaller hat underneath his normal hat -always introduces himself with "The name's (or "My name's") Dandelion, but you can call me Dandy" with a wink and a hat tip -listens to Lemon too -will jokingly flirt with literally anyone, and then pretend he didn't say anything -has his shoes laced in a 7 point star (still need to figure out how that works exactly) -flaired pants -no clown make-up or fake nose, just an excessive amount of blush on his nose
