ok welcome back to *drum rolls* riri's reports!! this is js a funny story of what happened of winter break!! so basically it was a day after boxing day, and me and my friend decided to go to the mall. Since both of us didn't have a ride, we decided to take public transpo. we took the bus from our houses to a marketplace area in our community, which has like a bus station. we had to wait a while cuz there was still 30 mins till our bus to the mall arrived, so we went in this toy store and there was like this magnetic building block thing at the front. So we made a castle and car. It was rly nice and everything and we worked rly hard on it cuz it kept falling apart. Anyways, then it was time for the bus to come so we left It was a one hour bus ride so we js yapped abt random stuff and kept singing ceechyna's very... not appropriate song... anyways we finally got to the mall and i had a $50 limit (bcuz it was boxing day so we kinda of expected rly good deals, and my mom gave me her credit card so she didn't want me spending a lot) UM I GOT LIKE 2 THINGS. why does $50 get me like nothing? thats canada for you... anyways my phone was basically dead before we arrived at the mall so I was like "lets go to the apple store to charge it!" mind you, i have an iphone 7 (yes its old, but its also like indestructable). so the moment we start looking to charge my phone we realize theyre all either 1. wireless chargers or 2. usb-c chargers. i need an apple charger and my phone is too old for wireless charging. so we're like ykw maybe we can survive off 1% the whole trip. that was a lie. desperate, with that 1% i try my fastest to order some timmies (bcuz we're starving and i have a gift card on my phone). i have NEVER been quicker. then we ran to the food court to get our food cuz at this point we were going thru 10 stages of hunger. side note: IT WAS SO GOOD anyways then we go buy clothes. i went to aerie and bluenotes but bluenotes didnt have the pants i wanted so we went to this rando other store and got pjs. my friend btw had lots of money from gift cards and stuff. SHE BOUGHT NOTHING. she either js didn't like the way the clothes looked on her body, or they were too expensive. I felt so bad for her cuz she was so ready to buy stuff. so then we went back to the food court (yes we are big backs) it tried buying boba w my card on my phone BUT IT KEPT DECLINING it was so embarrassing but it was prob becuz my phone was at 1% and technically dead. so my friend ended up paying for boba and sushi!!! we devoured that sushi so quickly. I also like dunked that stuff in wasabi bcuz I GENUINELY LOVE wasabi omg its so good. anyways we're like ok lets finally leave (fyi its like 5 at this point and super dark bcuz its winter so it gets dark super early). my mom texted my to be careful an stuff and i was like dw. um do worry. the bus back to the marketplace WAS LATE. so we ended up missing the bus from the marketplace to our houses!!! AND MY PHONE WAS DEAD. so the moment we reach marketplace i take my friends phone and call my mom to tell her we need to get picked up. she sends over my brother but i dont think she knew my phone was dead. bcuz my and my friend were waiting near a store across the parking lot, while my brother drives to the bus station on the other side of the parking lot. so he's texting my phone but its dead so idk whats going on. so me and my friend run across the parking lot and i CHASE down my car and start knocking on the window WHILE its moving. my brother (thankfully) saw me and we got home safe. it was one heck of a day bro.
