emotions are the key to friendship love happiness for all there for a reason and its ok to be sad but try and think off something happy like distract yourself if you have a love stay with them till you feel better if you can't stay with your fam. if you have troubles think about conversate nd when you feel out off control read a book anger and hate are like a fungus or some animal starve it give your hate and anger nothing to feed off
