I basically just cut each note from the original skin and place them in the correct location. (this is the long part of making a piano like that) Try my other piano at: www.scratch.mit.edu/projects/111772829/ Advantages: You don't have to paint each note, you can spam one note as fast as you want. Disadvantages: You cannot just slip on the notes and keep your mouse pressed.
