I've always been intimidated by Dialogue Engines, and never felt like I'd known enough to make one just yet. Today I sat down and was bored so I just said "oh well..." and finally tried to figure out how to make one on my own... It took me ten minutes haha. I guess I tend to undermine the skills I have and assume I wont be able to do something sometimes, but then it turns out it's actually fine. A good Life lesson! Hooray! Kinda silly though it took me this long to just stop bein' a goof about it.
