(this game is pretty much hogwarts legacy but it only has 8 side quests and it is not an open-world RPG) click to move, use Q.W.E.R. to cast spells. other controls in-game. press Y to explore hogwarts once you've completed the intro IMPORTANT NOTICES: NOTICE 1. when it asks you which option you want, type THE NUMBER of the option, not the name. NOTICE 2. if it seems like the quest is broken, you can retreat if you want, but you should also try searching around and casting a few spells to see what happens NOTICE 3. you can only go to 2 places by pressing y before you have to do a quest to unlock them again. choose wisely. NOTICE 4. If a side quest is broken, try advancing your normal quest then try again. (D.A.D.A is defense against the dark arts.) chests give you a potion HINTS (if your stuck only) 1. If there are no enemies or puzzles etc. in a quest, cast revelio and see if something shows up. 2. on the quest where a necklace appears when you cast revelio, you have to get the necklace then complete a side-quest (given by a fellow student in your dorm) then continue the quest.

EXPELLIARMUS: enemy can't attack for a short time FLIPENDO: stuns opponents and does moderate damage INCENDIO: moderate damage but slightly better then flipendo. massive damage to spiders LEVIOSO: opponents can attack but not move for a short time. PETRIFICUS TOTALUS: stuns opponents for long time STUPEFY: stuns opponents for a moderate amount of time ACCIO: pulls opponents and enemies closer PROTEGO: blocks 2-3 attacks ILLUSIONMENT: enemies can't follow you, also used in main quest . COMPLETE LIST OF POTIONS AND THEIR EFFECTS: SHIELDING: casts protego without costing stamina HEALING: resets your health to its max. STAMINA: resets your stamina to its max. DASH: dashes a short distance COMBO: increases you combo by 5 MAXIMA: causes the effects of all potions except for dash.
