Theory down there! THERE ARE SPOILERS SO BE CAREFUL (BEWARE) Pepperkit is eight moons, so why is he still a kit? We know that Featherstar, grieving over Mistkit, has become fiercely protective over the rest of her kits… and a bit insane (It’s giving Bluestar). I think that Featherstar, terrified of losing her other kits, delayed their apprenticeship so they wouldn’t get hurt. That explains why Pepperkit looks very bitter, because it’s towards Featherstar. I don’t know why Pepperkit died, but I think that he went out to try to prove himself, and died. That is another reason for his bitterness, because he failed. Also, this is kind of unrelated but I think being queer SO fits Pepperkit!
