TO NOTE: A Banana Man 3 will come eventually, but not on Scratch. Work has begun already on making the third Banana Man game in Godot Engine, which, no offense to Scratch, is miles better than Scratch. I might still update this game from time to time, though. Where did this come from? Why did I make this? W h o ' s t h e m a n ? - - - hi - - - It's finally here! After ten months of development and 9000+ blocks, we have a game! - - - How to Control your Banana Man - - - WASD to move CLICK to pew-pew Enemies hurt Pew-Pews hurt enemies Z to progress text (hold) X to make text faster </> to cycle Upgrade Menu - - - DIFFICULTIES?? - - - The first button (to the left of the play button) NORMAL: - Everything is normal. BRUTAL - Makes your life a living heck. (everything is horrible) IMPOSSIBLE - Brutal on steroids, this isn't even intended to be possible to beat. I hope you won't miss your will to live. The second button (to the right of the play button) NORMAL: - You have 10HP as intended 1HP - You have, well, 1HP. Max HP upgrades don't do anything. NO HEAL - Self explanatory. No healing bananas. Ever. - - - NOTES - - - Development started on December 19, 2024, why did I do this to myself, this took ten months, AAAAAAHHH (mostly due to school) this project took several months. It's not perfect, but it's mine and I actually bothered to stick around and finish it. @Slimeblocker was a playtester who helped pick through the features and bugs to make the game better. This project has thousands of blocks and the editor is kind of laggy. (especially the enemy sprite, which has 60% of the blocks in it) The editor crashed several times during development, probably due to said thousands of blocks. The title screen has an abhorrently low chance of displaying a 2 instead of the Roman numeral in the background. The banana on the title screen has a 0.01% chance to be upside down. When this happens, banana man will also be upside down. And more! I haven't touched it in ages because it's buggy, unreadable, and super tedious to do anything in.)
