Emily looked over at the sunset, staring at the trees and the forest underneath the cliff. This hiking trip had been a bad idea. She sighed and ducked her head down. Trey walked and sat beside her, rubbing the back of his neck. "We were trying to take your mind off of, her..." He murmured. "It's okay man, I know she's dead." Emily said, staring at the trees. "I know she's gone. You don't have to try and get me to not think about it." She said, looking over with a smile. Remembering that moment now, especially now, hurt her deeply. Kintur stood there, looking smug. The plan had to work. She took in a deep breath and stood up with the help of her staff. She'd miss him. Trey looked over at her and glared. "Dude get down." He hissed, but she ran for Kintur, who grabbed her arm, even though she had super speed. "You still upset about your girlfriend?" She asked. Emily stood up when she was shoved down and tried to punch Kintur. But she was only hit with her metal arm. "What's funny, is how, I'm using your dead girlfriend's powers to kill you." She grinned. Trey left Nari's side and ran over. Emily moved while she was distracted and elbowed Kintur in the gut. When the girl fell back she took Emily with her. Right off the cliff where Trey and Emily had talked. Alex tried to run for her, to grab her, they tripped and fell off the edge. And Kintur teleported to safety. Leaving Emily to die, she looked over at Alex. At least she'd fall with them. But that was ruined to, her face clipping on a loose rock, then it went dark.
