Hi! Howls of the Lost is my new wolf RP! Here is how this works: Ice Pack lives in a place where it is cold most of the time. Their territory mostly consists of large hills and pine forests. Their camp is in a grove of pine and spruce. Most wolves are long legged and fluffy. Fire Pack lives in the hot, wide open plains. There are very few trees. The Fire Pack lives in underground burrows to stay safe from the heat and the occasional fire. Fire Pack wolves are short-haired and tall. 0 months- 7 months: Pup. Pups HAVE to have a mother. It doesn't matter whether or not they have a father, but a mother is mandatory. Pups can be any age. 8 months- 11 months: Trainee. This is the phase where they learn how to hunt. The whole pack teaches the trainees. 1 year- 2 years: Yearling. They have learned to hunt, but they haven't quite mastered it. They cannot have pups. 2 years- ???: Subordinate. They have now mastered hunting. They help feed the Pack and protect them. Can have pups if they desire. Mothers: Mothers can be either Subordinates, Alpha, or Beta. Subordinates can only have a max of three pups, Beta and Alpha have a max of five. Beta: Betas are chosen by the Alphas. They become leader when BOTH Alphas pass away. Alpha: There can be one Alpha at first, but there is typically two in a wolf pack. The Alpha male and female work together to lead their pack. If someone wants to be Alpha, they must check with the current Alpha IF that Alpha is alone whether or not they're accepted.
