First of all: Sorry if you thought this is a website update. It's not. This is a project I'll be doing every month or two. It's an update of behind the scenes and what I'm up to. Hi. This month into the start of march, my art shop will be closed. (TO CLARIFY I LOVE RECEIVING ART REQUESTS) The reason isn't anything important. I have entered @Lemon24K s Design-a-thon and the mix of that and drawing art requests is a lot of deadline pressure. If you want to request art my shop WILL be open on the first of march. (I did know I would be doing a lot of things when I entered though. I do enjoy the DAT so far and I don't regret joining).
Also I noticed a few scratchers have been requesting art while my shop is closed. This isn't too big of a problem but I HATE turning down requests because it feels wrong. Especially if they have joined within the past month. Please, please, PLEASE read my shop's status. Also even though the design-a-thon hasn't started, I'm updating my style. Now you may think 'updating? Is she a robot or using AI?' or you may not, but either way, I am not a robot UNLESS you are @-monkey_games- in which case I AM MOST DEFINITELY AI. But what happens is every few months or so, I find a project or video in which I learn a new technique or style that I like or think will improve the realistic properties of my art and I try to learn some things from it and incorporate it into my style. Right not it's a scratcher and YT speed draws. This process takes maybe a week of me drawing things both digitally and traditionally. This is partly how I self-taught myself how to draw. I did have help from my sibling though just to start. Anyways, when I'm trying to update my style, drawing requests can be confusing because I use certain techniques for dragons noses for example and in the new style they may be shaped differently so my instinct is to draw it a certain way but I want draw it the other way. Also I learn things work and don't work while I do this so some things may look weird when I finish them then I may want to change it later. IRL in my brain this seems to make much more sense but I hope I didn't make this seem too confusing. Either way, to top all of this off, I'm writing some high fantasy stories about camps, wizards and witches, werewolves, and some other things. I also am writing a story about Germany and I need an English speaking translator (translate apps don't work that well). Also, is cloud variables, the search bar, comment pages, the report button, and other buttons on scratch continue to not work, I may leave scratch forever at the end of this year. If I decide to, I will share a project stating I'm leaving. I WOULD NOT BE LEAVING BECAUSE OF ANYTHING ANY SCRATCHER DID. (Although stealing art and deleting all of my comments on your projects stating the art was stolen will NOT make YOU or anyone feel good or appreciate your art).
