Welcome to my coleader app for March 2025 <33 This app is based on the life cycle of a phoenix—phoenixes have always been my favourite mythological creature, and have grown to hold significance for me over the years I’ve been in SWC. The phoenix symbolises rebirth, transformation, and change. The first time I colead a cabin was in November 2023—Fantasy with Moonlit, Moss, and Elle. I was excited at getting the chance to draw the cabin’s matching profile pictures—and during the planning stages, we each chose a fantasy animal that we liked, or was special or significant to us, that I would draw for our own unique pfps. I chose a phoenix. And so the phoenix was significant to me at a time of personal growth and change—when I first began taking on leading roles in SWC. Allllthough I didn’t realise that at the time :zany: Now, the phoenix is relevant again—and not just because of the phoenix/rebirth/ashes spost heculation clues ;D Going from a leader and a camper to a host is another significant moment of change and growth in my SWC journey, so I thought it’d be fitting to theme this app around the phoenix <33 (Also I still just like phoenixes :zany:) I hope yall enjoy <33333 ⸙ The forum version of my answers can be found here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/8339934/ ⸙ The link to my excerpt, as promised, can be found here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/8257613/ ⸙ Bonus Theme Question If I could build a train route to anywhere in the world, I’d build a train route between the North and South islands of New Zealand, under the sea! However, instead of going from Wellington to Picton like the ferry route, it’d go from Wellington to Nelson—because everyone likes Nelson (good weather!!!!) and no one actually likes Picton (no offence, Picton /lh). It’d be incredibly useful to New Zealanders, especially since the ferries are breaking so much :eyeroll: The only problem is that I’d need to find a way to make it earthquake proof :zany: ⸙ Credits All art, code, and writing by me, art references found on p/nterest No music yet, but coming soon (?)
