This is a simulator. Click on the sprite to start. Once clicked, the sprite will attempt to touch the edge of the screen. If it is successful there is a 1 in 50 chance that it succeeds and reproduces. On reproduction the sprite creates a clone of itself (or sometimes 2) When a clone is spawned, it has a life of 20 seconds. If it does not reproduce by then, it dies. Once population reaches 50, life expectancy lowers to 5 seconds, and reaches 1 second at 1000 population. When a clone reproduces, its life is reset, e.g. a sprite about to die reproduces and gets 20 more seconds to live. Which is why you might see "ghost" sprites after a while. This is a side effect of my amateur coding. Things have the opportunity to snowball very very quickly. This game may or may not crash your device. Be advised and save any important tabs you may have before playing this simulation.
Credits to me, because I am so cool. The counter is a little broken and may show a really big number even when the population clearly isn't. Please play my other games, like this one I spent too much time on: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/932811763/ I didn't spend much time on this one though, :)
