lore: when sunflower was a pup, they were dancin' in the sunflower field, but since they got all the sunflowers on them, they got stung by some bees.... one massive-big-boy bee, and it left a huge nick in the ear. now, there forever sunflower, and absolutely terrified of bees.
when I was five, I thought every one had lice, and if I shared a hairbrush or pillow, id get their lice, and that would make my lice fight to the fricken' death, and mine would always lose. :-l
