This is a tile engine. It uses an extremely long number that represents each image/screen. It can be used to make polished backgrounds for games without having to make them in the editor. Inside, there is a chart that explains what block is represented by what number. This can be used with credit.
100% by me I know I haven't made any good games in a long time. I'm working on a huge port of the Legend of Zelda and some other stuff, all of which I will have posted by early August.
