a Vectorman exe who laughs at others misfortunes and makes other peoples lives worse. Appears in a level of the game (only able to be accessed through a ROM hack) where the background is a misty, rundown circus from 1982. The entire level has a purple tone with fog and creepy circus music in the baackground.
