Character 1: Hardworking assistant Situation 1: Feels insulted, but did not want to lose her job, and so she gets the CEO a new cup, making sure not to mess it up the next time. Situation 2: Unable to do much, since complaining to the CEO will only get her fired. So the only thing she could do was pat the coworker on the back and continue her job. Character 2: Sassy Karen Situation 1: Yell at her kids for disrespecting their elders, makes them write 5 full pages full of 'I must not disrespect my elders'. Situation 2: Yells at the worker, complains to the manager. Demands that she gets a full refund and a free meal for the mixup and attitude. When she gets told no, she rates the restaurant a one star review and goes to complain to her husband
