Welcome to the Monthly OC Design Contest! Each month I will be hosting one of these, and only 10 entries will be allowed. Please use the palettes provided inside. Yes, you may mix palettes, but look at the palette rule in the Palettes sprite. If you want to enter, please love, favorite, and comment on this before remixing.
