[Crowpaw has liked Feathertail ever since they started the great journey into the unknown. In this Universe, Feathertail has never had feelings back for Crowpaw and is oblivious to any feelings that he has for her.] [Stormfur confronts Feathertail about Crowpaw, She assures him that there is nothing between them and will never be.] [ Stormfur is taken by the mountain cats, and the others are forced out of the cave, Crag leads them part of the way through the mountains, and leaves them to get to the lake on their own.] [Crowpaw confronts Feathertail] A silver flash caught her eye and her paw shot out, claws extended, to hook a fish. Feathertail looked into the clear glistening mountain water. She wanted to call Crowpaw over so she could teach him how to fish. But she didn’t want anyone thinking they were…”Feathertail!” Feathertail jumped. She turned to see Crowpaw padding up to her. The smile on his face made her wince. “I have a question for you Feathertail,” He whispered. “W-what?” She choked out. He moved in closer. Looking up at her he asked, “I know I shouldn’t be asking this but…will you still see me when we get home?” He glanced down at his paws. “I want to be loyal to my Clan, but…there’s never been another cat like you, Feathertail.” Feathertail looked at him. “Crowpaw, I'm sorry…there isn’t and there will never be something between us.” Crowpaw looked at her. “O-ok,” He said, tears forming in his eyes. Feathertail watched him turn to walk away. Crowpaw paused, then he walked away slowly, tail drooping but fur bristling. He was angry. Feathertail wished she could comfort him, but she knew he needed his space. Feathertail dipped her paw into the water. The cold chill of the water stung her inside and out. She stared at her rippling reflection. Had she made the right decision calling him off like that. She took a deep breath. All that mattered right now was getting her brother back and finding a new home for the Clans. She stared into the depths of the water, she was here to get food. Bringing her fish back to the group they all shared prey. They barely had enough for everyone to eat. Feeling guilty, Feathertail offered to take a watch. She did what was right. What was best, For her, For Crowpaw, And for the Clans. [Crowpaw gets so agny he tries to kill Feathertail by pushing her off a cliff. Feathertail is able to save herself and accidentally pushes Crowpaw off] [Feathertail is blamed for killing Crowpaw and she ends up running away] [In the End. The patrol towards the Sea-place is killed by Sharptooth. The Clans back home scatter, for it is the end of the Clans.]
