Likes: Cozy stuff, purple, binging TV shows Dislikes: the outdoors, dogs, bugs, the color red Backstory: (TW: violence, verbal abuse, discrimination) Bea was born as a pixie. As each pixie, she was to be assigned a special talent. On the day where she would learn this "talent" her parents wouldn't let her go. She was "invalid" because she didn't have wings, and instead had horns. Pixies are born with wings, and if one of them wasn't, they weren't qualified as the same species. what had her colony off was that Bea had the basic magical powers of a pixie, yet the horns of the devil-kind. The devil species (commonly referred as the usathanes) were innocent looking, yet untrustworthy and scheming. She was frequently pushed around, hit, and insulted by other pixies on the way to school. The more religious ones of the pixies heard about this, and found Bea's school. They brought GUn$ and threatened everyone there. Even though the authorities took care of the sh00t3rs, several (about 5) died or fled. The guilt crushed her for 3 whole years, and by that point, she had already left her home, due to a life-time of verbal and sometimes physical aBu$e by her parents. She stayed at a cheap hotel for about a year, run by her aunt, who lived a few hours away. She hadn't ever rejected Bea because of her horns, and didn't believe that she was a usathane. Eventually, Bea became old enough to live on her own, at least old enough to attend a school with kids who understood her difficulties. At this time, she was 15 and yet again, took in by someone. She was took in by her new friend Ahu (a OC of mine), but didn't tell her that she was born into a pixie family, originally guessing Ahu would assume she was a usathane. Ahu was sweet, considering she was part of a bat-kind family. The bats were a neutral species, so it really depended on how you were raised. Eventually, Bea's feelings for Ahu began to grow. She was planning on telling her, but before she could, Ahu went missing. (If I win, Imma make that a actual story chat)
