I am Always Carrying a Ladder. Paris ( I'm not puttng my real name ). I am always carrying a ladder. A goal that burdens me. A ladder too too short to pass but to tall to reach. It traps me like a bird in an open cage; too scared to fly away. I sing a song not because I like it, it's all I know. I carry a ladder not because i need it; I just can't bring myself to let it go.
This was written by me, please do not steal. ( not like u would want too it's so bad ). I wrote this poem as an assignment where we had to write another poem based off of the poem "Carrying a Ladder" by Kay Ryan. I got a 100 and got it put on the fridge yay !
