Okay so this was inspired by a comment made by @-TrueGryffindor89- So yeah, Loampaw is an alive cat while the other cats are ghosts, he can't physically touch them oherwise he will become lost to them, etc. This theory actually makes sense because remember when Clearpaw almost stepped into the mud and looked back at it? He probably thought he wouldn't get hurt when he touched it. It would also explain why the clan eats when Loampaw isn't watching. What if they can't eat? What if they're using hunting as like a manipulation thing to keep Loampaw in control? This would make sense. When Loampaw denied to hunt, the clan didn't want to lose him. So Lostwind faked getting sick to keep him hunting. What if the ghost thing also has to do with the fact that Loampaw, Frankie and the other cats are all colored, wile Lostwind, Clearpaw, Fadedstar, etc are not colored?? Even their names make then sound like ghosts!! Just thoughts :)
