Deforestation is when humans cut down trees. It it bad for the world because trees can help reduce climate change. When they are all gone, climate change will keep getting worse. Lots of animals also rely on the trees to survive. If the trees are cut down, lots of animals will become extinct. I understand that people need trees to survive, but they need to replant those trees they kill. We are also killing trees too fast, leaving them little time to recover.
