Traits and skills? I guess, my mom says I have good leadership skills, and if you would like an example, you can check out The Black Cat Society, I've been building it up for about a month and managing the projects, curators, comments, and even the managers lol! | Weaknesses: My temper flares and I sometimes jump to conclusions, but I keep my cool and I try to work it out calmly, I have yet to be involved in a drama/crisis/feud. | What I've done for the studio: I have advertised the studio, recommended it as a spot to make friends, reported spam/bad stuff so the comments would be safe and filtered, I have responded to vents and rages, I have helped out quite a bit. | Goals for GWDFI: I want it to be a great studio and be active and good for years to come. | Other: I've made a lot of friends in this community, and I would love to help it grow to something bigger and better, I made a similar studio of my own and have the link to GWDFI in the description, I try not to post too many links in the comments, but I do share some every now and then, I spend a lot of my real life time reading, writing, crocheting, doing art, I only spend about two hours every day online all in all. I have considered whether or not it's a good idea to be manager, and I decided that it's up to the current managers, whoever you pick, I'll congratulate. Scratch on!
