Expanding west of the recently acquired Saranti (formerly Saguntum). The new lands are called the Princedom of Dýsidar (meaning "West of the Strait"), under the King's eldest son, Prince Konstantus. The capital of this new region will be the village of Port Victor. The King also declares that Achala will not expand west past the new border line, but expansion to the other cardinal directions has not been ruled out.
