The TARDIS sound was taken from a website containing lots of various TARDIS noises, and cut down to get a repeated sound. the theme music was ripped from a doctor who DVD i have the TARDIS sprite is taken for a green screen video on you tube. the frames were then extracted to create this The background is actually the first 82 or so frames form "doctor who time vortex" video from you tube.
