What is a DTA? DTA stands for Draw To Adopt. I give you a collection of characters, you pick your favourite, you draw them. Best drawing wins rights to the character's design! What is an OTA? OTA stands for Offer To Adopt. Much like a DTA, I give you a collection of characters that you can win the design of. However, instead of a drawing competition, you offer things like drawings of my OCs, and the best offer wins.
