AGH! Sorry if I'm posting this a day before it closes lmao, schools been at it again smh But anyways, here's my entry The Oh Hellos...tiger- thing..!!!! HER NAME IS SAGE NOW- but I haven't really seen much entries for this character from what I believe? More of just entries for that cowboy and alien goobers, LIKE THIS ONE'S SO CUTEE!!!! But anyways, lore time!! (Help I just finished writing an essayy sobbiNGGG) ~★★★~ Name: Sage Species: Bengal tiger Pronouns: she/her Additional info: Lesbian, florist and a artist! She's a bit of a bright, out going, and just a straight up goofball in general, so she'll typically almost always have a bit of leaves stuck in her hair or tail! Interests: definitely into folklore and mythology of all types! Dislikes: honestly I'm tryna think bout everything I can think of are actually just good contributors to the growth of flowers and plants so uh, nothing ig? Story: As a cub, Sage was always in love with running through the open fields, looking and picking up wildflowers as she went by, and falling in love with the scents of them all. While her world was simple and bubbly, much of her situation at home isn't so much. Sage grew up with a poor family, who couldn't really do much than just buy a few groceries every 2 weeks with little money half the time, as Sage's parents didn't work the best jobs. While everything was muddy, bland, and hopeless in the family, Sage became the first flower to bloom out with a dream. Picking up random wildflowers from the fields, Sage would go out into her rural town and attempt to sell flowers. While the first few attempts didn't go so well, with Sage only earning a few dollars throughout a whole day, she later learned to put the flowers together in a much more unique way, like forming shapes and better color contrast for each of them, and thus, got better and better sales. She began to help her family week by week, to where her family could finally do more than just buy groceries. Over time, the family was able to buy a building and made it into a floral shop, where Sage would become the star in selling their bouquets in town. As the shop grew, so did Sage, who later moved on to other projects, such as art and geography and sold her works within the shop such as flower portraits and different parts of the world. Once Sage was old enough, she moved away to a more urban city to enroll in college, where she later fell in love with her roommate (a journalist). After graduating with a degree in floral design and geography, she moved in with her now girlfriend was later aimed to opening another flower shop within the city. Once done, Sage was finally awaken from what felt like a dream to her sharing her same passion in plants, art and flowers to what might be her own world, at least within her shop <3 I would definitely like for Sage to become a comfort character of mine if I do win her. She has such a cool design and it's be fun to just doodle her as I do with all of my other OC's! FUN FACT: my original concept for this character was that she would have powers to allowed her to grow flowers and leaves from her surroundings, and sure it would've been cool, I have too many lore heavy OC's already! So adding that concept would fuel the fire a bit more lmao. Anyways uh, I think that's all from me! I really wanted to do more art but I had no time to cuz of school GGRRRA, but I'm hoping this is good enough! Probably not my best work but its smth? No matter!
