She's failed to be the future queen they've been trying to form her into, and they sent her away, hoping the school will help her open up and get rid of of quiet anxious streak. LORE: Suddenly dragons are going missing and some killed. Tornado at first tries to avoid the mess, wishing to go home, but when SHE ends up almost kidnapped, she realizes this needs to be stopped. Gathering together a little group of trusted dragons, she puts a stop to whoever is attacking Jade Mountain. ...but then she discovers... ...she's been the target all along Lol made you scroll to the bottom xD
Character by me! Game by creepersmilestars About Maple- Maple was hatched from a normal egg and has no powers. Like any other mudwing she can breathe fire and hold her breath for long periods of time. Maple has three other sibs- Her big wings Crawfish, her sister Stork, and her brother Newt. She is kind and a very sweet dragonet who is loyal to her siblings and will do anything for them. Maple has leaf-shaped birthmarks under her right eye and normal freckles under the left. She is colored a warm reddish gold and has earthy undertones. Along with her birthmarks she has a rare splatter on the inside of both wings (more on her right than on her left.) Maple has goldish eyes. Maple has no accessories except for a small black leather bag that is usually tied around her wing thumb, however when she feels scared or is flying it will be tied around her wrist. In this bag there is a small wooden dragon carved for her by her brother Newt. Note: Maple is smaller than the usual Mudwing, a natural birth defect which is why she struggles with flying long distances and physically keeping up with her sibs, however she is just as smart as any other dragon! ----Backstory---- (feel free to change if you choose her!) Maple was born from a normal egg in the mudwing kingdom. She was the youngest of her sibs to hatch and was in training to be her group's healer. Fortunately for them they never were called to fight as Throne was named queen of the sandwings, ending the war of succession! Her siblings and her decided they wanted to see the world and visit other tribes, their big wings Crawfish was especially excited to learn the cuisine of other tribes and experiment with different types of food. On a trip to the sandwing kingdom (in the interest of street vendors and the upcoming half moon festival). The had stopped just on the outskirts of the scorpion den and were setting up camp. Maple had wandered off, probably following a lizard, her brother Newt said. In reality she was practising her flying, she hated that her sibs had to slow down for her and her tiny little wings, but that was ok because she would train, she would fly faster, fly longer and... she hit a heat thermal, the warm upwards air sent her sprawling, her wings unsteadily balanced out her weight... she laughed and shivered slightly as a cool breeze and the scent of rain brushed over her. Slowly the thermal pushed her higher and higher, she pumped her wings, feeling so free. She saw the Storm front, she heard the not-so far off thunder but she didn't care. This was the highest up she had every been and she loved it. Rain battered back, the wind tore violently at her, she was freezing and tired and didn't know which way was up or down, she didn't know where she was or where she was going. Clutching the small black, leather bag tied around her wrist, Maple knew was alone and she wished with all her heart that she wasn't. ------end------ Originally she gets separated from her sibs and somehow ends up at Jade mountain where she becomes a student there, but its not concrete so feel free to change it any way you'd like (if you use her cameo)!
