Fairly self explanatory. Duchies are led by Dukes, Counties by Counts, Marches by Marquesses, Princedoms by Princes, and Free Cities by Lord Mayors. The position of De'iv on the map is not totally exact, since it's difficult to determine the location of the city in relation to the mountains and river, due to the map being kind of broken at the moment.
