Laotianlandian Television Advertising (LTA) was a television advertising agency in the Laotianlands, founded in 1958 with the launch of UTB that year. LTA held the monopoly on TV advertising in the Laotianlands, managing ad breaks on UTB, HBC, ITC and LLITV. In 1985, LTA's monopoly ended as all networks (except HBC) switched to different ad agencies, with HBC leaving LTA in 1987. LTA would eventually liquidate in 1997. This is the main variant of LTA's series of break bumpers used from 1966 up until 1970 when UTB and HBC commenced colour broadcasting. The many other variants involved an animated Laotianlandian border collie (the national animal of the Laotianlands) doing different things before forming the LTA logo at the end, these bumpers were animated by Peridot Productions in Celfix.
