Click left side to go back, right side to go next Hi!! Thank you for the request, @-eons- ! I like this piece so I didn’t change too much. If you have further questions, or just disagree with me straight up, feel free to message me again!! I’ll put some of my extra thoughts in the notes!
First impression was the nice coloring! I’m not an expert in this type of low-contrast style so I didn’t mention anything about color in my critique. It looks good! There are things I would personally change, but I don’t want to comment on that here. Anatomy mistakes tend to bother me the most just because I’m picky with it. At the knuckles, fingers stop separating well before the bone! Fingers are not just cylinders to outline! The forearm muscle is one of my favorites to draw. It’s super easy but makes a big difference! You can watch it in action by bending your own arm! Notice how it’s the thickest part of your forearm? I’m also not the best at hair and there’s a million ways you can shade, but the core principles stay the same. Shading should emphasize 3d forms and shapes, not just be a different color! People with bangs usually have their hairline down the middle and a 3rd larger section for bangs down the front. The hair shapes are up to personal preference! I just did what I liked and looks good to me. Make sure each strand lays on top of one another and makes sense all the way to the scalp. I redrew the arm on the left but there were other ways to solve the long guitar issue. I lowkey didn’t spend that long on that part so it doesn’t look great sorry :C The jellyfish change was a foreground- middle ground- background thing. Assuming the jellyfish are the same, as they get closer (in front of the character) they also get bigger.
