Click where you want the squid to go (it only goes so far though). An ink splat will shoot out the back of the squid. Try to hit the fish and the bubble things.
Sometimes (mostly when you press directly next to the squid), the ink will shoot out the top of the squid. I don't know why, but if this happens to you, sorry. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
