Proposed Legislation: NOR Activity Prohibition Act Section 1: Title This Act shall be known as the NOR Activity Prohibition Act. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to: a) Unauthorized resource extraction b) Unauthorized development or construction c) Any actions that endanger national security or the environment Section 4: Penalties 1. Any individual or entity found guilty of engaging in NOR activities shall face the following penalties: a) For civilians: i. Fines not exceeding $500,000 ii. Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years b) For military personnel: i. Charges shall be brought before a Military Court ii. Penalties may include dishonorable discharge, confinement, and other appropriate military disciplinary actions. Section 5: Enforcement 1. This Act shall be enforced by the designated authorities, including but not limited to military branches and environmental regulatory agencies. 2. Authorities shall have the power to conduct investigations and seizures related to suspected NOR activity.
