Hey all! Welcome to a little Khelkah art competition. This is a little event I felt like doing to encourage people to draw their own Khelkan characters and honestly, I love seeing art of anyone’s Khelkans so hey, figured that this works lol. The premise of this competition? You make art of your Khelkans and submit it. I pick my favorites and give out prizes once the event is over. Simple as that, you draw your characters and get a prize, win win! Now, what are these prizes? First Place! - 300 daylight coins, 2 sp of choice from any period of the trades outlook. Second place! - 200 daylight coins, 1 sp of choice from any period of the trades outlook. Third place - 100 daylight coins, 1 sp of choice from any period of the trades outlook. Honorable mentions - 50 daylight coins. Participation prize of 10 daylight! Rules - the art must be Khelkah related. Doesn’t exactly have to be of your own Khelkans, but that is ideal! - be a decent human, basic criteria. - no use of bases or any art that isn’t your own, etc. - designs don’t count, this is supposed to be art of already created characters. - entries must be remix’s of this project, sorry. - have fun with what your making. Don’t force yourself for the prize. Make art of your characters because you want to. - there is no entry limit, but idd prefer all entries be kept to one project! - do not submit art here that has a secondary purpose. For example payments, art made before the contest started, etc. The deadline for this will be march first. While there is no criteria of what kind of art you make, generally quality and thought behind the art will get you furthest here! Some recommendations for the art for extra ‘points’ - story related scenes are awesome - on that note, idd love to see some short stories relating to your characters would be awesome! - illustrations of your characters interacting would be awesome - atypical art! Idd love to see something other than illustrations! writing, sculpture, whatever you guys can think of works as long as it fits the rules! - anything character interaction based! Of course no pressure to do any of those. Make the art you want to :) Overall just a chill competition because I’ve been wanting to do it lol. Can’t wait to see your guy’s entries.
