He’s chill but doesn’t like other wolves, except his nephew Puffin and Magpie. TRAGEDY: Bunting had gone on a walk with his mom to get away from the chaos of his family when a bear showed up. It was spring, Bunting was 3 moons old, and bears had cubs. They had gotten a little too close to a mother bear, and she growled to let them know. They didn’t hear her, too absorbed in conversation. The bear lunged, Cardinal saw, she jumped in front of Bunting, got slashed, the bear left, and Bunting ran to get Aunt Sage, who had a way with herbs. By the time they got back to Cardinal, she was past gone, and her last words were to Bunting. “It’s not your fault, Bunting” and then she was gone. Bunting, obviously, blamed himself. But he’s just a sweet boi.
