Keep a project or document to track: - Who has replied to the activity check - Who has not responded - Who is on hiatus (and their expected return date) Once 2 weeks have passed, report to storage staff which characters need to be removed. 2. The Activity Tracking Project This project should include: - A list of active characters (those who responded). - A list of inactive characters (those who did not respond). - A list of hiatus characters (with return dates). Update the project after each activity check to keep it organized. If a player’s hiatus extends beyond the agreed return date, follow up with them before removal.
